Hi there! Is there a website where one can go and read the terms and conditions of different companies’ mortgage terms? Banks/ credit unions generally dont like to share their contract terms until one is ready to sign, however I would like to take a look ahead of time.

Assalamualaikum, does anyone have a pdf contract copy of Manzil’s diminishing musharaka? I tried looking but no luck.. I am not looking for their fatwa pages, what I am looking for is the contract itself so that I can read it for myself and consult with others to make my conclusion.
