You can try to write an explanation letter and send it. For me denying eligibility does not really make sense so I am waiting.

Sorry to hear this. Is there any hope in appealing? My eligibility is also in question but I have not received anything yet no PFL, no rejection, its been 7 months. At least now you can move on and file application another way. 2 years of time wasted. I feel for you.

Its good that your eligibility passed, mine has been under review since December 2022.

Nothing, or a possible system glitch. Mine has been on Not applicable since May 29. Hopefully someone is working on your file.

They can contact IRCC on your behalf for updates but cant really do anything else, not sure if it really brings any extra attention to your file. I think you are better off getting the GCMS notes for updates. My MP has been contacting IRCC since March, not much has changed.

Someone here mentioned here couple of weeks ago that the TR to PR will be dealt with end of August 2023. Is there any truth to this or is it a rumor? I have opportunity of taking a different job, a city job, but not sure how that will pan out for applying for any other programs for PR if this...
