I did... it might be a terminology summarized by MP Office though... So IRCC can get rid of finding an excuse for delaying processing my case... As they literally asked ADR one day after my application went over 5 months back when the normal processing time showed 5 months..

Spoke to MP and noted my application has been declared as non-routine and standard processing time does not apply as they asked for additional documents... I am not sure what this means and how long else it is gonna take... AoR: Nov 11, 2022 PVO: Montreal...

I totally agree with u. i know some people did not see this, i also know people who had this NA and soon turned back into wr r processing blah blah, i also know people who are still stuck with NA, like me..

Hey, same VO here. When is your AoR? And, when u called, how did the agent tell you the VO is aware of exceeding the processing? Is it specific to Montreal VO or that sounded more like a general comment from the agent? Thank you!
