Tracker will show "COMPLETED" but GC key will be updated after the approval (for eligibility and background verification). For address change, the best way is to call IRCC and let them know the changes. I did mine and it got updated within a day.

Hello, all the steps showing "COMPLETED' on the tracker but COPR number still not generated. Did anyone face this issue? Any idea, how many days they usually take to generate COPR number?

You can check through the portal whether the biometrics is valid or not. eService - Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (cic.gc.ca)

Tracker is showing BGC under process. But GC Key is showing not yet started. Any idea??
