Yes have uci but they don't book appointments without the IME letter it says on their website. Anyone able to get appointment can you please share what you sent? Does it even make a difference in the processing time? Thanks

No worries. Yeah my spouse also makes less in his home country but as long as your combined resources are $10,000 in account you should be ok. That's what my friend who is an immigration consultant told me. I will ask if there is any change though due to new regulations.

I talked to ircc and asked that question specifically and they said you have to wait for your aor before applyong for trv under the new regulations. Hope that helps!

I did not ask about ties to home country but you probably still need to show the current scenario. Also, I agree with some other people that if trv is granted it can now easily convert to owp and hence your spouse can stay until pr is processed. Nope. I called IRCC on Friday and spoke to an agent. They gave me a temporary file number but not AOR. They did not give any timeframe for AOR.

Hi, I was fortunate to talk to IRCC on Friday and asked this question as I am currently waiting for my AOR. They said that apply for TRV after receiving AOR and it takes 30 business days to get tbe TRV, which is expedited. Hope that helps

Is he taking release or retiring? He will need his noc as an additional document later on even if you can get a police certificate for applying.

Hi, When will your sister's husband get his noc? It depends on the time frame as it will be asked for as an additional documemt and recently they are getting stricter about it, or so I have heard.
