I also called last Thursday. And hoping that I can get updates on pr card. It's so frustrating now waiting for pr card since 2 months !!

I don't think so. Because I requested ATIP notes. I got my ATIP notes after getting pr confirmation email.

You can try to link you PR card application in gckey account with UCI and family name. Application number is different for pr card application. So linking with application number won't work. You can track PR card updates from it.
