Finally got COC Timeline Appeal raised 5th May Emailed SPF for status 15th May Appeal approved 18th May Sent fingerprints to Relative 18th May Coc Accepted 19th May DHL express delivered 22nd May Relative went in-person submitted fingerprints and got COC in 30 mins- 23rd May
