you need to check with the passport office wrt time lines.you can get the services under tatkal system also by producing the necessary documents to the passport office.Though its bit hectic and govt procedure takes its own sweet time but as far as passport goes this is the best option.

visa stamped 17th may valid till the date of expiry of medicals. decision made 20th may morning 11 A.M.(from in process with medical received line since first week of may.) PassPort received 21st may.
