Hi.. I received my UCI number nearly after 2 weeks of application submission. And got biometric letter within 2 days post UCI was generated.

I am also facing the same issue, it's been more than 1 week and still the same error. Submitted a web form but it just sent an automated e-mail nothing else. Did any of you finally got the resolution?

I am in the same situation, I didn't receive UCI number or biometric letter, but my wife has got it and we applied in a single group. How long did it take for you to get your UCI? Please advise if there is something you did to expedite it.
