Congrats to you!!!!! My spouse got back the COPR document with the passport when they went to receive it from the VFS office. Took about 1.5 weeks

I’d give them about 2 weeks usually they respond within 10-12 days depending on the VO taking care of your file

Update: my application in the tracker is now “closed” COPR details have been updated as well. but have not received the passport back yet. Still in transit to embassy/VFS office

Give it an another day or some.. check your junk/spam folder as well. If not you can contact IRCC sometimes they forget to send the PPR.

Give it about another week and see if you can contact the New Delhi VO. they are probably doing your background check/eligibility. Did you check the tracker?
