No harm in trying thru Web Form. I remember sending Web Form query thru IRCC on May 31st 2023 regarding my application and next day June 1st 2023, I got my Passport Request. They have not answered or replied on my query directly but there was an action on my account.

I am tracking the updates not in the GC Key or IRCC Tracker but in the VFS Tracking Portal using the Tracking ID in the receipt...

Submitted our passports (SOWP for me and Visit Visa for my Son) last 6th June 2023, got confirmation receipt on 8th June 2023 that it's under process by IRCC. We haven't got any update till now. Will inform once we received.

I also applied SOWP & VV for my son last April 25th, still haven't received the BIL and my application doesn't have UCi # for SOWP. Still Waiting
