Just received my eCOPR! Hopefully it won't be too much longer for everyone else here!

I think we will be waiting until the strike is over as no one on any forum or group has posted that they have received their eCOPR since the strike began. We can only hope that the strike end soon and that we will receive them shortly

Ahhhhh I see. I also got that. I also thought it was strange that we got it. My partner (Sponsor) got really confused by it and started stressing over it haha I had to pull up the receipt that we had saved to show her we already paid it and that it would just be generic

I'm hoping it's just because of the strike. And that once the strike ends (hopefully in the next week or 2) that everything will start back up

You can apply for SIN online but you will need to wait for your eCOPR document to do so

You will need eCOPR to apply for your SIN number. So waiting for the portal invite is the next step. The COPR number in the portal isn't necessarily accurate so I wouldn't use it to apply for anything. Not long left in your journey now. Congrats and keep us posted on any updates
