    Yes, the incomplete application status in the online portal is a glitch. My husband's PR card has been approved and mailed while the status in the portal still showing incomplete (primary ID is not provided).

    Hi, may I know when did you apply for your PR renewal? and have you received your card? I applied on Feb 26, and it still shows "incomplete application", but the view button is greyed out.
