From what we've seen, it usually takes around a week or 2. But for those who had it done on the same day, I guess that would probably be due to a delay in updating the tracker. So technically, the eligibility check was started before it was reflected into the tracker.

You can check the accepted document for PCC from each country using this link How to get a police certificate I think you have the right document, but double check. If it's the same, then maybe you can raise it to IRCC (webform or contact them via phone) to better understand what is wrong/missing
