Hello all, My AOR is Jan 11, PA and Spouse both inland trade draw dec 19 ITA no updates received for BIL or Medical, no change in UCI number. anyone else in a same situation? can someone please suggest, should I call them? because people with AOR 15Jan are receiving BIL updates.
