Hi, I got an update here: today, finally, I got my passport back.... visadate in the passport is the 30th of june and apparently took 2 weeks to reach my house. it also took 2 weeks to get to the visa office through regular (signed) mail, when I send it there.... me and my beloved passport...

Hi all, got my PPR 2 weeks ago, but I already planned a holiday with my wife, and I needed my passport for that, so I sent it only 2 days ago.... hopefully they received it in one piece and I get it back soon, I can't wait to complete this road for 100%. Anyway, I plan to land in the beginning...

Great! I received my PPR today..... Isn't that crazy! not even 2 weeks of processing in the VO. Now I am very happy! Let's hope I'll receive my passport back quickly and safely.

we also only got a letter.... no email. it took 5 days to receive it after being approved.

my wife was approved to sponsor me 8) she called Canada and they said they sent her the letter for Quebec already two days ago. Hopefully we receive that mail today so we can continue with Quebec and let them do their part. My application was sent to Berlin the 11th. I am so happy....

no update here... still waiting, but I also have to deal with Quebec, so that might take a bit longer...?

@ hopetoland, yes, I already did my medical... I did it before we sent the whole package. We added the little document I got from the doctor to the package we sent. I don't know anything about sending results to Vienna. Let's hope we will all be accepted quickly.

@ hopetoland Actually, I think you "belong" to march. I apply through Berlin too and I don't think it takes them 13 months by far... I hope not; that would be very frustrating... what I read on the forum about Berlin is that they usually take about 4 to 5 months for the family class...
