I mean in PA's case, missing a sibling is not that important for his case. with or without this sibling has no impact on VO's decision, so i think it's not a misrepresentation.

I wonder if IRCC will actually to verify how many siblings do the applicant has in a family sponsorship application, as the siblings are not a factor for the decision of this kind of application?
