Not yet, I am also still waiting for the PPR letter. I called IRCC call centre multiple times, but they just tell us to wait. They do not have any updates. Try contacting MP office of your area in this regard.

Hey @manoj12345 and @Jithu_07 what status does the tracker account show for your dependent under eligibility ??? For me it shows 'not started' and rest everything is completed.

You can do either way. If you both are inland, I would suggest to reply it from Primary applicant's email with both of your details, also saying that you will act on behalf of your dependent. This way you will get single portal account credential and doesn’t have to wait separately for two...
