Ny GU1 on May 9th looked exactly the same - the address got approved, the photo is still in review. GU2 (Card sent) was on May 12 - waiting for the card to arrive.

Just got the 2nd GU today - the card is mailed now, and the application status changed to approved instead of submitted! For now, a pretty similar timeline, hope that card will arrive next week. Thanks again for sharing the updates!

You can't use your tourist visa (or Temp WP) after the ecoPR is issued, you are not a tourist and not a temporary worker anymore. You are a permanent resident, so only a PR card (or PTRD doc which is painful to get) could be used to enter Canada. Yes, it might take a long time - I'm waiting for...

I think if your med status has already changed to completed- you will be not getting this issue. My status was staying same from the submission date “you don’t need med exam, we will contact you if this changes”. And then 3 months later I got the re-med request at the final stage. So sometimes...
