On our file, that history line item refers to when we sent copy of updated passport of the spouse added as dependent by uploading the copy as a submission in our GCKey file. So in yours, it might refer to the same online submission of copy of a dependent's passport.

None for me. Just tried to contact our local VO regarding change of contact details and to confirm if our file is with their office. No reponse yet from local VO. COPR details in our tracker mentions expiration in July 2023 so I hope we get feedback by April so we can plan our next steps if ever.
