Hello, I received "information letter" in my CIC account for spousal sponsorship, asking to submit passport in next 30 days...is that whats called PPR and does is mean PR is approved?

I am not sure about the online procedure....is it normal to see COPR number on the PR tracker without any email or further steps? and from above I think I should wait for Passport request?
