I had that, had the same status, I has to call them. IRCC said they sent the confirmation email a month ago, but I didn't receive anything for sure. Try calling them.

I think they are referring to the UCI, unique client identifier, which is a number with 8 or 10 digits, associate with your profile/account. Is basically a number that's associated exclusively with you.

My wife submitted a language test to get the CSQ, but I don't remember having to provide one at the federal level (PR process after the CSQ).

I haven't submitted any language tests for our federal process.

It makes three of us, then. I'm also wondering if the CAS tool is not working or if it does not suit our cases. I hope all of us get a positive response soon!
