    They probably had issued the refund when they refused your application. Regarding your reconsideration, just have faith and wait. It’s been only 3 days. Did you apply by yourself or with a lawyer? Did they send you the refusal by mail or email? Which office issued the refusal?

    Well, another option is apply for Writ of Mandamus. Unfortunately there is not much you can do but wait and pray.

    You should request GCMS notes. You’ll have more details about your application than just calling IRCC. It costs only $5. Also, get your MP involved or/and talk to your lawyer and apply for a Writ of Mandamus.
