i am from pakistan.I understand that i have to leave canada and apply for work permit from outside canada. But my question is will i be able to get LMIA(employer restricted) inside canada and then based on LMIA i will apply for work permit from outside canada?

i have heard that companies in atlanta province offers job to foreign workers..Is that so?
