When you sign in with my GCKEY the status says Application updated instead of submitted then when you click on messages there are no messages and when you go back to home page the status switches back to submitted. This is a ghost update.

Based off everything I have seen, it depends on how quickly they updated the status. Some people are getting them the same day others up to 14 days after status changed.

You do not have to upload your picture again. This is a glitch on their portal. If you just refresh a couple times after signing in, it should show up.

For anyone who has gotten your PR card recently-How long after GU did your status change from submitted to approved on GCKEY for PR card.

OH! Thank you, this was never explained when I called in. When we signed in and seen the COPR document on our status I called to ask about the work permit and they said it seems it was missed and they said they would send a message to processing. Your answer makes sense to me.

Has anyone else had problems with them not processing the work permit application once the approval for sponsor came through? My husband that I sponsored never got his work permit. We sent it in with the initial application (including all fees). He just got his ECOPR and his PR card has been...
