It shows that they haven't started the background check yet If I am not wrong, that might be the next step after the eligibility is completed. Not sure about it

It worked. It shows the application status is in progress. And in the application details it says Eligibility - in progress. Thanks for the help

Thanks for the response. I tried registering for the link that you mentioned. However, it says the details are invalid and shows an error. Is that something that usually happens?

My biometrics got updated on December 15, 2022. And the status for the eligibility criteria changed to " we are reviewing your additional documents", and no update till now. when should I expect to finish the document verification? Many thanks for considering my request.
