FYI I just passed the BG check after 7 months of waiting, I submitted my FPs early Nov.

This is wonderful news, I only got the Language and physical presence completed, BG and Prohibitions still in progress. But this gives me so much hope. Thanks for the update

Today I got my first update since Nov 7 (test completed), Language and Physical presence completed but prohibitions is still in progress. BG check still in progress as well, hopefully this isn't a bad sign.

My office changed a few times, I got my fingerprints email from Vancouver but when I ordered gcms notes it said Scarborough. My MP said the same thing that they say when you call them "your application is within normal processing time which is 23 months, there is nothing needed from your side...

We are very similar with our dates, the only difference is that my background check hasn't cleared yet. Test was early Nov

I'm in slightly similar situation, almost identical timeline except that the finger prints were requested before my test, but my BG check has not cleared yet.
