Hey No need to worry at all about account. I created even before I got ITA. They will just create a file in that account. Soon they will email you that a file has been created on account.

I know its hard to believe but based on details I have its true. One of my friend from community renew his pr card he got it in oct 2022 still in his account its purple submitted. When he create the application and upload all documents it was green.
