Hi yes i understand that they can request however it is showing up on my document checklist, which i did not expect as it will slow down my ability to submit it

Over the past 10 years i travelled to the united states 4 times but for no longer than 3 months at a time, when i go to my document list it says i need a criminal reference check. Anyone else had this? I thought it was only for a country i have spent 6 months and longer?

Hi I hope someone can help i have just finished filling out all of my personal history, i.e holidays etc. when i have gone on to the next stage of my application it says i need to have a criminal record check for brazil (1 month stay) mexico(1 month stay) and america (5 months stay) is this correct?
