Hi I have received 5669e form as an additional document request. Any idea why I recieved that? Do i need to attach something with it or just fill the form and upload?

It takes 3-4 days. After that you'll be able to create the account.

Wh What was it before that? I think this is the default status, right? My aor is 6 march and i remember seeing these from the start! We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements And We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
