I also noticed a ghost update yesterday, but no changes in GCEKey or even today's updated tracker. I was at least expecting the "Background check" in GCEKey to revert from "in progress" to processing.

My background check also updated to "Your application is in progress."

I called IRCC on Wednsday, 1st Feb, around 8:30 am. Is the tracker not real time?

When I called IRCC, the agent said my background check and eligiblity are in progress, but tracker is showing not started. Not sure which one is correct.

Have you guys checked new PR application tracker ? For me there is no difference, except for the fact that the new tracker showing Eligibility and Background Not Started whereas GCKey portal showing processing. CEC Inland ITA - 30 September 2022 AOR - 8 December 2022 MEP - 9 January 2023
