It was closed work permit and my company has applied it. I believe it was applied through usual IRCC website with Gc key login.

Had given biometric on 1st Feb . Ircc had date of biometric updated. But status still showed your action required, waiting for biometric. I opened help - technical request mentioning the same on 6th Feb . Got the passport submission letter today .

That’s passport request letter for stamping. Download that letter and send the passport along with it for stamping. Just ensure that passport has validity and there are empty pages

I submitted visitor visa application for my spouse today and received biometric instruction letter within 4 hours. We have biometric appointment booked for Feb 1st. Would it be expected to receive passport request letter in next 2 weeks ?
