I did. IRCC Edmonton forgot to issue the work permit. I had to follow it via webform every day and they responded a month later and sending new letter with instructions to send my passport to IRCC Ottawa for stamping. You should follow up via webform and verification of documents.

I Any update? Did u finally get it? I received an approval letter from IRCC stating that work permit has been issued. Its been 3 months and I have not received the hard copy of my work permit. Tried calling IRCC million times, but no luck. I also tried web form, no luck either.
