I replied to the portal email and got the same response, they said the process might take 1 day to 2 weeks depending on the number of processing cases.

Got updated from the tracker today. AOR 23rd March. PNP-EE IPG BC May 4: upfront medical exam passed May 10: Eligibility changed from “Not started” to “Completed” and Background check is still “In progress”.

Updated! AOR 23rd March, UCI/BIO linked 4th April. Got my background check in process. But it is weird since my medical and eligibility were not even started. I thought a Background check should be the last one after all the other stages passed.

Wow, incredibly fast. First PR granted for March AOR so far. Now I can have some hope for the processing times for March. Finger crossed!

Just check my application and have my bio/UCI linked today for AOR 23rd March. Still, I can not register for the tracker.

You don’t need the letter if you apply under EE. I just declare yes in the question and listed British Columbia as the province and I am good to go. The confirmation letter comes later in a week but that one is only for the work permit extension in case you need. Hope this helps!
