P2 11th June. I submitted the webform on 14th June and also sent an email requesting E-COPR processing to the same P1 email address on 17th June. You may consider this (not sure if it works).

6 to 8 months is normal from UAE.. (they took around 32 weeks in one of my recent application).

@jman220 : 1. I believe, this is a normal usual practice in UAE. 2. I feel this should not be a worry of concern. If need be, you may attach a Letter of explanation along with your application or through webform and explain / elaborate the scenario and clarify it further.
