The only option is just to be patient, I had a bit of a wait when I received my prearrival nov then the eligibility Dec. 5th. I eventually got approval Jan 6th this yr. You can send a web form to enquire but they will probably not respond or tell you that you applicantion is in process.

Received my eCOPR. Portal invite and Approval : January 6th 2023 Portal Credentials :January 16th 2023 eCOPR. : January 27th 2023 PR Card: pending Today is actually my final day of legal status so it’s perfect timing.

I don’t see why not. They will just have to apply for an extension once application is being processed.

It’s Approval in Principle, you can apply for OWP or Student permit now. The next step is decision made along with Portal invite.

I believe the wait time for portal invite as of this month is 6-10 days. I received Pr approval Jan 6th Portal invite Jan 16th.
