I am trying to book pickup and dropoff online. The portal is forcing me to add original drop off which is $50 and overall comes to $140 each application. Does calling bls and booking also cost and they do the same?

1. None 2. Leave it blank 3. Empty only filled if your previous passport was an expired Canadian passport. Your Indian passport is null and void its surrendered and only be used to see your Indian origin verification.

Under applicant information Country Of Birth INDIA Birth(State) MAHARASHTRA Place Of Birth MUMBAI is this correct or should the place of birth field be MUMBAI IND as per Canadian passport??
