Sharing my experience: if you experienced the photo glitch thing in the portal, I would recommend just refreshing the page. If you refresh the page, the photo that you uploaded previously should show up. It looks like this is a glitch in the portal. If that does not work, usually the signing out...

That is great news, I uploaded the details on January 9th 2023. Hopefully I at least get eCOPR soon so that I can continue with my travel plans back home. :fingers_crossed:
