The issue would be with your Firstname and lastname printed twice in the letter, please convert it word doc, change the name to one firstname lastname only and convert to PDF, re upload and it will work. I had the same issue and finally got my appointment booked.

I have a similar problem, I submitted my biometrics in London and when I upload the letter it says "Invalid" with location Bengaluru as there is no other options, did you get any help?
