Tracker. You're in the finalization process of the application. It requires an officer finish this manually. So either you will see CoPR detail in Tracker soon then wait for PPR, or this officer does nothing but holding the application until he/she finished all check-ups.

At ease:D, you are alread in the final stages. eCoPRs are usually coming 1-4 weeks after portal 2. Though is on strike these works are still handling by someone.

Outland applications are only receving CoPR details in our Track account. We do not go through Portal1 + Portal2 +eCoPR process.

I see ppl(same VO) submitted their application in Nov 2022, received pre-arrival 1 day after me but finished all the following steps at the beginning of April. I also see more stuck here just like me.

The background check is usually completed before the eligibility but only shows 'completed' when an officer re-verify all admissibility sections and infuses the outcome into GCMS. PPL seeing 'in progress' these days are generally under security screening which may take a longer(unpredictable)...
