I received FP request in June and got it done that same day and sent it to the Vancouver address which was on the letter. Just two days ago in August, I received another letter saying my FP is not done. Anyone experienced this before and what did they do? Thank you.

In addition to enrolling in a school, she can add any document that shows she is involved in any religious organization or community engagement(like charity stuff). Also having family like mum dad or biological siblings will help.
