Got an email yesterday saying i have a message in the portal. That was the BVL. I checked the tracker site today and now see Visa number and expiry date.

Biometric completed June 2022 I received BVL yesterday.

I just received BVL today. Application was updated on April 19th on the tracker with Eligibility completed.

Hi, I am just starting the process of the outland spousal sponsorship application for my wife (living abroad) . Am i able to create the portal account and complete all of the forms on her behalf as long as the use of representative form as been completed?
