Hi, I am in the same boat, my husband's pgwp will expire in September 24, I will be on a study visa or will be converting from study visa to pgwp at that time. Can he apply for sowp based on my study visa? Also, can he work while it is processing? Did your visa get approved?

I also have a valid leave approval for 6 months from my office that i am attaching.

I don't mind the questions at all, thank you for taking so much interest and putting in so much effort.

We have younger siblings who will be taking care of them while we aren't here. Till now me and my husband had divided months to live with each of them. We have also gathered funds so they can spend this time while we are away peacefully. All this is mentioned in my sop.

We don't have kids, it is just us so i am trying to prove a strong relationship with our parents because they really do need care. My husband's mother is a single parent and both my parents are ill.
