    Method of Signing Digital Forms

    Hi I am currently working on my application and for some reason I am not able to digitally sign IMM 5532 Realtionship Information and Sponsorship Evaluation on Adobe Reader. For the other documents such as IMM 1344, it wasn't't a problem on Adobe Reader. Could anyone be of help?

    Hi. I am currently on this application and am trying to sign the document on adobe. For the other documents, I was able to sign them digitally. but for some reason, this document isn't working. Could you be of any help on how you did it?? Thank you in advance.
