I did not get an email. I actually noticed the approval and counterfoil on my IRCC profile after I got a notification about my return fedex tracker that got activated. Overall it took 20 days from passport delivered to approval.- pn123

same here, although I sent my ppt from the US. Hopefully we should get an update soon, fingers crossed. I saw somewhere that CPC ottawa takes around 20 business days to process passports.- pn123

Has anyone sent their passport to CPC ottawa more recently in November? My passport was delivered on Nov 8th(from USA), but haven't heard anything back yet. Do they usually send an email when its approved/confirmed?- pn123
