Received my eCOPR today. I got my portal (ID Pw) on Oct 13th, 2022 And submitted on Oct 14th, 2022 with the declaration of presence in Canada, mailing address, and photo uploaded Received eCOPR Jan 06,2023.

I am the same situation. I contacted IRCC regarding this, but if you can not leave without copr documents. if you want to leave without, you have to inform IRCC regarding this. it's become a lengthy process.

One of my friend's friend received eCOPR after 2 days of uploading a photo and address on the portal.in Nova Scotia.

I got it from GSMS Note.

Still, waiting Once I received it. I will update you.

Thank you, Taran, For your quick reply. But in my case almost 1month and 4 days. I am in Manitoba. Secondary Office: CPC Ottawa Is that some offices are delayed in this process? as per my understanding, with out COPR, i can leave the country?
