It’s likely the officer that handled your file isn’t that aware of the SUV program or maybe there’s an error on your offer of employment. Did you include a cover letter with your application?

Did you submit an offer of employment via the employer portal? If so, you wouldn’t have been able to create and submit the employment offer without indicating a LMIA exemption title. Would appreciate if anyone else who has successfully applied for a SUV WP could provide some insight.

Hello @moh122, do you remember the NOC Code you used on your offer of employment? Is it the generic code 8888 as stated on the IRCC SUV WP Page or something else?
