Old noc code on onip skilled trade nomination is 7232 and I changed to 93888 as per instructions mentioned on the website

Hello, I did received the PNP Nomination from Ontario and got 600 points . But my profile became ineligible after updating the new 2021 noc code ??? Any suggestions???
