I received an update in my tracker telling the date of the ceremony and that the letter of the invitation was sent to me. However, I received nothing! Is it normal to have a delay between tracker update and sending out the letter? Help is appreciated and thanks in advance

Congratulations! How long it takes to send the letter of the invitation after having the tracker said you are scheduled for a ceremony and gives you a certain date! I am at this point however no invitation letter was sent! Do you think this is normal!

Is the invitation be sent out by email or by mail? I wrote in the application that my child will attend the ceremony BUT what if the ceremony is at week day while my child at school?
