    Hello I requested to defer from the winter term at Conestoga college due to visa delay (2nd application, change of DLI). I haven't heard back from them yet. if the visa eventually comes before the start of the winter session, can I reverse the deferment and resume?

    Oh I see. An immigration consultant has asked I travel with proof of my communication with IRCC to show at the border. I will try that and see. Fingers crossed, it all goes well.
